
For the 9-12 grade extra curricular students who missed the previous scheduled drug screening date there will be a make up date tomorrow Thursday August 7th from 9-12 at the High School.

JOM Parents - If you were unable to pick up school supply vouchers yesterday, they will be available from 11 to 1 at the MS Cafeteria today.

REMINDER - JOM School Supply Vouchers may be picked up today, Thursday, July 31st from 2:00pm-6:00pm at the Middle School Cafeteria for students who qualify. Students must be enrolled in PreK-12th at Stigler Public Schools and have a CDIB card. (Vouchers will also be available tomorrow, 8/1/25 from 11:00-1:00.)

Reminder: We will have open gym tomorrow, July 29th, from 8am-9:30 for 5th-8th grade girls basketball at the HS gym.

Correction: JH girls basketball camps will start Tuesday, July 29th instead of the 24th in the HS gym. Camps will be Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8am-9:30am.

We will be doing a free basketball camp for 5th through 8th grade girls starting at 8am ending at 9:30 on Tuesday and Thursday each week starting Thursday the 24th at the HS Gym. Coach Culwell

Copies of Parent Consent forms for drug screening will be available at the Stigler Superintendent's office, located at 309 NE E St. Students must have a signed consent form before they can drug test.

Initial drug screening is required each year for all 9-12th grade extra curricular students. Students will have the option to drug test on July 28th or July 30th at the HS. Times for both dates will be: Girls: 8-12noon and Boys: 1pm-4pm.

Forms are available on the OSSAA website & at many of the clinics in town. There will also be forms available at the meeting. There will be a fastpitch softball player/parent meeting today, May 28th, at 5pm at the HS softball field for incoming 9th-12th grade players and their parents.

The High School Cheerleading clinic scheduled for today has been cancelled due to possible severe weather and will resume tomorrow at the regularly scheduled time.

Students interested in signing up for the Stigler HS Drivers Ed class starting on May 27th need to get a parent consent form from HS office. Students must be at least 15 years old by June 1, 2025 in order to qualify.

STATE CHAMPIONS! Stigler Elementary School students Luke Sparks and Ryan Weaver competed in the annual Soft Seven State Competition that was held at the Stigler Vo-Tech this morning. Their qualifying scores earned them a banner for First Place in the state! The boys are pictured with their teacher, Mrs. Thomas. We would like to congratulate them on their outstanding achievement!



Family First will conduct free physicals for Stigler male and female extra curricular activity students who are entering 7-12 grades next year. Students must bring a parent signed OSSAA physical form with them. Forms are available at HS office. Call 967-8010 to set up appointment.

Male athletes entering 7th through 12th grades are going to able to get a physical tomorrow at the football stadium during their athletic hour. This physical will cover them for the 2025-2026 school year. Physical forms have been sent home for parent or guardian to sign.

Kindergarten Graduation will be held this evening at the Assembly of God Church in Stigler. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m., and graduation will begin at 6:30 p.m.

There will be no After-school program after this Friday, May 9th, we will not offer after school next week at all. The Before-school program will continue thru the last day of school.
